+1, harmless unless you see their slim string(use to catch food in water column) begins to interfere with coral polyps then you should take a cutter and rid of them before it kills part of the colony.

Vermetid snail. They can irrtate corals and alter their growth pattern in some cases. They also tend to multiply and clog things up, overflows for example. The web gathers detritus . They are intersting but all in all it's better snip them off and remove them,ime. Be sure to put them in water or water with some bleach when you take them out of the tank . They really stink when left in the air.
