Clam not looking good

As the title suggests - as of today, my normally fully expanded clam is not looking so hot.

Todays Parameters:
Salinity - 1.025
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 0.2
Calcium - 380
Alkalinity - 11.2
Magnesium - 1260
Temp - 79F

I dosed a bit to bring up the Ca to 400, the Mg to 1320.

Here's a picture from a few weeks ago:

And now today:

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

I also posted this in the clam forum, but any help is much appreciated!

Can you tell us what livestock you have in the tank? I know angels are notorious for picking at clams.

are both pictures from the same tank? That second picture looks different. Lighting and surroundings. Did it move tanks recently?

Not to mention, did your camera break? The first picture looks like it's from a site, and the second from your phone.

Yikes, that doesn't look good at all. Clams that are being bothered by something like a nipping fish typically just close up. Yours looks like it's retracting from the shell which IME means it's a goner. When I've had a clam look like that it was sometimes a bristle worm going at it from underneath.

the first shot is from the top, the second through the glass from the side. Same clam, same location, same camera.
