Led lights flashing

I have an Ati powermodule that I put Led lights in the middle. I have two channels connected to my apex. The whites leds flash when it is set to auto but when u turn it to ON it stops flashing. I'm thinking there may be an issue if one or more of the LEDs are not seated properly. Any advice?

Manufacturer has nothing to do withbthe lights flashing. I have four t5s working and took two bulbs out and replaced and put leds in their place. The leds are on their own power plugs and are dimmed by the apex dimming module

This feels like not enough power. You have to make sure the dimmer is not going below the minimum required voltage.
