fish store said they fed my anemone mysis shrimp before I bought it. I have tried feeding it twice this week and it does not take my mysis shrimp...what to do?

Nothing IMO. As long as your parameters are within reason and the lighting is sufficient the anemone will be fine without a meal for awhile. When it's ready to eat it will eat.
FWIW, I used to feed my RBTA once every 2 weeks or so. It seemed to do ok. GL.

Do nothing. Absolutely no need to feed them. If you feel the need to wait a couple weeks for it to get settled in.
