Out of these which light is suitable for mushroom corals?

Hello all,

I am starting with and bought a few different mushroom corals.

I have a 17W T8 that came with my tank, that I know isn't sufficient.

I just bought a Stingray aquarium LED light, which has these stats:

(32) 7000k + (8) Actinic Blue LEDs + (8) 660nm Red LEDs
True 660nm RED High CRI Scoring LED Bulbs
16 Output Watts
Tri-color Blend to Promote and Showcase Inhabitants

I'm not sure if this is actually sufficient though, which I only realized after reading more into it.

If that light isn't sufficient, I also have a Pure White 6500K LED over my refugium.

The refugium light would only be, at most, 10 inches over the coral. If in the main tank, they will be about 20 inches away.

Would it be better to put the corals in the refugium with the light closer to them, or in the maintank with just the stingray light.

Yes it will work mushrooms do not need much light they will lift if they want more light and the opposite is true as well.
