red worm id?

what in the seven hells is in my tank:

preface: i havent done a water change in 6 weeks, its a 20g long with nothing but live rock and sand and water with a few hitch hikers that i didnt sell along with my coral, eg those little stars, a mini feather duster in a hermit shell, 2 little lettuce nudiis, and some GSP.

but this is the first ive ever seen of this red thing, and i dipped all of my corals and rock, and the sand was dry when i got it...
