Light question
Is this a good led light system for a 96x24x24 mixed reef? http://www.alibaba.com/product-detai...900583243.html
If not, can I get some recommendations that will not break the bank. Thanks in advance guys. |

If you're going the cheap Chinese LED route, look up:
"165W Dimmable LED Full Specturm" Used the same fixture with just blues and whites on our old tank for years, worked great. The new fixtures have red, green, yellow, etc... Ordered one to supplement our Build My LED fuge light. Should get her tomorrow.

Thx Peter, I had looked at those also. I have 2 kessil 360's and just can't afford 2 more at this time so maybe 2 of these along with the kessils would work for now. So many other things I need to upgrade. I know lights are one of the most important so hopeful won't be to long before I can get what I really want.

Still have a ways to go at least so I can save a bit of money. Have to re-seal this beast and let it cure for a few weeks.

Hehe, as long as it works, grows and keeps corals healthy, I see no problem with saving money.
