Ai Prime Store Demo mode
Of the four Primes I have, one is stuck in Store Demo mode and I have no idea how it got into that mode nor can I get it out of it. Anyone else have this problem? Tried calling customer support, but no one ever answers.
Under it's wifi name it shows prime-demo and not the serial number. I can log into the light but it won't let me change anything. Thanks in advance for any help |

AI is great! Tech support answers every time for me. Keep trying they will answer.

I held the button down till the light flashed red, maybe 10 sec or so..no change. One would think it would be easy to get it out of store mode.
I called customer service all day Friday and left messages..still nothing. |

Are you using the web interface or a smartphone? I have found the web interface to be more feature rich and on there I can readily find where to put my light INTO demo mode.
However, I don't have the guts to actually DO it so I can try to get it back out! |

Can anyone tell me how to get out of the store demo mode my parent AI Prime after having connection issues I have finally connect via PC and shows the parent as store demo?
Would like to get out of this mode but for the life of me can't do it! Thanks |

I found a fix
Muz_z I bought the Prime just now and already did that lol. I had to factory reset it. From the site http://www.theaquariumsolution.com/p...us-light-codes
When factory reset, a Prime will reboot and go back to flashing Blue/Green (unconfigured). A Prime can be reprogrammed by: 1. Unplug power to the Prime 2. While holding the button down on the Prime, plug power back in. 3. Wait 10 seconds, then release the button 4. The Prime will start flashing red/green/blue and will reset the firmware version that it was shipped with. |
