Crab ID please.
What kind of crab is this? Good or bad? I put him in the sump for now.

Looks like meat eating claws, definitely good idea on throwing him in the sump

Stone crab, yummy claws for sure. In Florida they harvest one large claw and let them go so they can regenerate the claw by the next season. If you keep it put it in the sump.
