Clown in bottom corner of tank....doesnt look good

Just noticed he is in the bottom of the tank and isn't looking good. Im preparing water for a 40% WC immediately and plan to continue to do WC daily as long as he stays alive. Is there anything else I can do other than this and hope?

I haven't tested yet, doing that next.

PH - 7.8
Temp - 80.5
Salinity - 1.024
Alk - 6 dKH
Nitrate - 0 PPM
Nitrite - 0 PPM

I didn't notice him in the corner of the tank until I had my hands in cleaning the front glass - he usually won't leave my hand alone so he seemed to be acting sick. After testing and letting things settle, he's out and about and ate very well! Shew!

Mine will go in the top corner of the tank during the night. I really need to get him an anenome because he likes to pretend my magnet cleaner is one.

Ha! Mine sticks by the mag float or powerhead. I don't have an anemone but I do have a couple heads of frogspawn... He's on the opposite side of the tank from it lol.

Glad everything is ok. I had a huge scare Sunday night/Monday morning and transferred mine to an emergency tank and everything is ok with them. It gets scary! Lol

I also had a pair of clowns that loved the top corner of the tank. I later traded those two for a ritteri anemone that came with 2 clowns and they absolutely love it!

Definitely. My clown always hangs out at the return pump when the lights go out but with the water parameters that low I would address that whether it is what is affecting the clown or not.
