Bacterial clumps nopox?

I've been dosing nopox on my 125 with 20g sump. For about 3 weeks now at 12ml a day, and within the last week I've been noticing a lot of large clumps of sliming looking goo starting to develop in my sump and on the intakes of my overflow. I was told theyre bacterial clumps.

Just wondering if this was normal?

I dose vinegar mixed in my calcium hydroxide and have bacterial slime in my sump. I believe it's normal. I clean my sump every three to six months and remove all of the bacteria. To me it's a sign that the dosing is doing its job as the bacteria used nitrate and phosphate to grow. So upon removal of the mass all of that is exported from the system while the skimmer removes the rest.
