Algae ID?

What kind of algae is this and what eats it?

I really hate removing rocks unless absolutely necessary.

does it feel slimey, or fuzzy, or like it has a stem?
does it look that brown irl?

Thank you. I'll look it over. It's mainly brown with a greenish hue.
