Check out the kessil site, I believe they have the specs on there.

They only have outside dimensions. I want to know how far apart the LED clusters are from each other?

Yes it is high in price but more features. I have a 10k 160 Watt Razor now but want a bluer spectrum was thinking Kissel be better quality then this razor and come Black Friday 10 percent off should be $800 bucks.

I was thinking buying that 15k model but no one has dialed in on its performance how long you had it?

Sorry but they aren't the same light. not even comparable. That's like comparing a Corvette to a Scion. While they both have 4 wheels, they are vastly different. The only thing the Razor's have in common with the Kessil's is the fact that both put out light but beyond that, you really can't compare the quality let alone the spectrum. I own Razor and I hate to say it but it's a cheaply made fixture and prone to issues with driver boards. Kessil's in general are far superior in terms of quality and lighting. Unlike Maxspect who takes a handful of off the shelf leds and places them on a board, Kessil actually develops their own diodes and also puts a lot of effort into R&D so they have the best spectrum possible for our use. So while the AP700 may seem expensive, it's much better quality, with much better support and a might wider spectrum with FAR better control.

I don't pretend to understand all this par stuff or spectrum. And to me it doesn't matter who invites it. A genetic Viagra works as well as original. One your just paying for the name. Also. Customer service. Why would I need that. I want to buy a light and use it. Not talk to the manufacturer all day. 3rd my friend has a kessil and his sps are all dying or not growing. Mine are growing. Now maybe it's him and not the light. But imo I prefect max spect. I like cheap copycat stuff.

The AP700 is 20" L and my razor is 27" L so the meaning is more coverage space for the Maxspect with 48" tanks correct? This is what I'm trying to find out if I should stick with Maxspect. Don't understand how that AP700 can fully cover a 48" tank "side shadowing" compared to a 27" razor? I sure be upset spending $900 and my old fixture had better coverage! Now if the AP700 puck spacing is identical to the Razor's spacing this would give comparable coverage anyone know this information?
