It looks like a bleached bubbletip anemone. Bleached meaning its expelled its zooxanthelle and lost its color. If it is a bubbletip they are one of the more hardy anemones and in my experience tough. If that were on my tank I would start feeding it so high quality food like squid or oyster since it has great form and does not appear to be too stressed to eat. But keep in mind these types of anemones do not actually need to be fed once they gain all of their zooxanthelle back and then they can gain all their nutrition from the light. But if you want it to grow faster and bigger then feeding it is normal most feed biweekly

At first glance I thought condy or malu, but after staring at it a bit I think hotelbravo is right. The distribution of the color, not just in the tips, makes me think it's a bubble tip that's expelled its zoanthelle as well. |

It definitely drew a poor hand to get to live it's life in your tank. They prefer moderate to high lighting with stable water parameters which is generally better provided in a tank that had been established a lot longer than freshly cycled. With proper feeding and care, perhaps it will make a full recovery.
