its nice for feeding corals i think...plus it looks awesome

I agree....I use it also. I would suggest not letting it go all night long though. I cut mine totally off at about 1 a.m. so that there is a few hours of total darkness before the sun rises. When there is a full moon, the moonlighting can be kind of bright.
