I never measured the difference, but I'm guessing around a little less than 7.

If you are going to use one, I'm assuming you already have one.
Get a gallon container and measure it!!

Anyone kept track of how many gallons of 1.026 SG SW a box of IO 200 gallon mix actually provides? Given that a cup of IO salt will provide 2 gallons of 1.022?

You'd think I'd know by now.

MIke

Buzz,
Try a pint container from Chinese soup, it makes 5 gallons @ around 1.025 slightly over level.

Buzz, I use 200 gallon boxes of Reef Crystals and at 1.026 I get 180 gallons. Each bag makes 45 gallons. Hope that helps

Or get a copper test so you know, regardless of what container you make it in.
