Question Chinese LED black box replacement light panel?

I have a Chinese black box dimmable fixture, 27 1400k white and 28 450nm blue. My question is this, can I replace just the light panel??? I realize I can get LED's cheap and solder them on myself. But I have zero experience with soldering. The panel has the quick connect wires. But I cannot find anybody who sells just the panel no fixture.

If I do end up soldering them myself do I just buy the cheap diodes on Amazon? Any reputable websites would be appreciated.

I think you want to at least get 3W epistar or bridgelux LEDs if you buy the single LEDs to solder from what I read. I not sure if you can buy a replacement light panel. I know places like SB reef lights sell a "better" light panel that has their choice of LEDs on it. I wouldn't be surprised if there are blank panels out there if you look around. Maybe someone else will know.

Look on eBay. There's a company that sells the whole panel. You just plug in. I think there $65. They claim to have better color setup and thicker heat sink. It's called SB Reef Lights.

Thanks guys that's EXACTLY what I'm looking for. Anybody have direct experience with SB reef lights? Are they truely "better"? I suppose for $70 it couldn't hurt to try.

I have never used them but I guess there's more blue than white LEDs? FYI I bought (2) 165w Marsaqua black box LEDs for $165 shipped on eBay or you can buy (1) for $80 something dollars shipped
