Questions about invertebrates and help wanted :(

Hello!
I got a lot of questions...
First picture:

Now tank:
http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?p=24058023

Is 30 gallons.
Temperature is 71.6
Salt thing is at 1.023 (Measured at the fish store with that weird thing and at home with a box densimeter at 1.022)
NH something 0 NO2 0 NO3 0 (I think it was not 0 but the next colored bar... 20-40?)

Fish list:
2 Elecatinus Oceanops?
1 Nemateleotris Margifica
1 Pseudocheilinus hexataenia
1 Criptocentus Cinctus*
1 Chromis Viridis

I feed them fish flakes form Tetra once a day and I watch them... Until I'm sure they eat everything lol

Questions!
Why my water always has NO3?
Like it has always been like this, other person was at the store and get his water tested, it had the other two but the NO3 seem a perfect 0

On the first picture the feather duster seem to be getting out of the tube, the feathers also look much more thin as when I get it. What is going on?

Second picture, I got a couple of snails that was ID as turbo snails... They have all sort of cool stuff on their shell... But is that an Aiptasia? That is not cool.

I got Kent Micro Vert... Target feeding or just add a couple of drops to the water accoording to the bottle instructions? (I fear to affect my water quality)

On the second picture is also a small Sarcophyton?* When all lights are on it looks amazing and the tentacles extend to about 1.5 inches! It was like this since I got it and also... It has a small white patch, you can see it on the picture. What is that?

My coco worm is making a grabbing motion at random times of the day, mostly in the morning... Is okay?

Snails poo a lot... Why it doesn't just disolve or I don't know... I mean is it going to be over my sand forever? D: Shouldn't it go to the bottom "in" the sand?

That feather duster is missing like the lower quarter of the fan... But I swear there's nothing picking him... At least not that I see! I also have set a couple of traps but haven't get anything.

On the same pic that the last featehr duster... Why is that other one green?

The last pic... I get about 3 or 5 snails... Yikes I can't remember... Well the thing is that 2 are always on the top of the tank near the water line... Why?

I also had a pair of clownfish but I didn't find one all the day and after about 2 hours that I didn't find it I look for it and move the rocks and find it in between a rock that has some sort of chasm over it. Is possible that it stuck on the rock? There's no visual signs of bites or anything and the whole fish has a healthy looking skin

A friend help me with the post grammar and so... I hope is correct...
Thanks for reading.
Please help... And reply...

Newest pic of the tank:

How long as the tank been set up? Is it possible you are still cycling?

Maybe feeding too much would be my thought. They will always act hungry. Feed sparingly in a reef tank.

Your temp is too low first of all. Target 78 degrees.

Not sure... It has about two months.
It had first rock, then... I forget the name... Poecilla Lapitina?
Then corals and then fish.
I know it might not be 100% accurate but according to my local fish store (I haven't buy them anything really just a couple of salt cups and snails)
The water quality seems to be fine.
So it could be that is still cycling?

Less ammount?
I feed them a couple of flakes once a day... But I smash them so that they end up being like 9 or so small flakes...

That shouldn't be too much, but the target liquid food is what I was thinking, that stuff will raise nitrates fast if you get too much. That might not be the case but something to be aware of.

that does look like an aiptasia in one pic of the snail, but it is not a good angle to be sure
a small powerhead might help snail poop and other detritus not collect on the sand, if you can position it to just blow the top of the sand but not push the sand into the water or irritate the feather worms. As the tank ages the sand will become heavier with bacteria and that will be easier to do. This will keep the tank poo circulating and passing through your filtration as well as make sure there is enough oxygen in the water.

The coco worms are very pretty but they can be difficult to keep well fed without making the water dirty. I have not been able to target my feather worm very well because it hides when I squirt it. perhaps there is a trick. Coco also need balanced calcium and alkalinity

nice looking tank, you have a good start!

That fish poo also feeds corals.

I would get a skimmer that is 2x your tank volume.
