Wink Blue lights that make Colors POP!!?

Hey everyone, I have the following with the following lights:
-14 gallon biocube with a Kessil sky blue
-40 gallon breeder with an Odyssea t5

I want the color to really pop and i've seen that my LFS' have EXPENSIVE LED's that are like$300+ wha ti'm wondering is if theres any CHEAP LED"s that have blue/purple. Most interested in blues that make my corals pop their color.
I was thinking those cheap chinese unbranded LED black boxes but I'm not sure.
I'm asking if there are lights that are cheap that i can use to make the colors pop, also how big, how many, etc. THANKS !!

my odyssey t5 lighting isn't making the colors pop so much.

Look at anything in the actinic spectrum for your T5's

if i were to pick the actinic for my T5 will it make my colors better? Mines the moment aren't really too blue. Also, I'm still pretty new to Lights but i've been told to buy 4 bulbs:
-2 ATI White Coral+
-1 ATI Blue Coral +
-1 ATI Purple Coral+
