Current Orbit (not Pro) sufficient for a 20x18x20 xenia tank?

Setting up a separate display/xenia fuge next to my DT and having analysis paralysis about lighting. Would love to go with Kessil to match my other tank but can't justify the cost. Would the Current Orbit 18-24" fixture be sufficient? Anyone have any experience with it?

Based on their graph/tank chart, at 12" to 18" deep they get a PAR of 20 to 40. Is that enough light for your xenia? I don't have any xenia in my tank so I don't know how much PAR they need?

My best guess is that it would be real iffy at 20" deep. If your tank were only 12" deep you'd be OK. But at 20" and a PAR of less than 20, I have serious doubts.

For the same or less money you can get a Chinese box that puts out WAY more PAR even at 24" deep.

Look pretty weak to me. I agree with Ron you could do better for the money.

Thanks, yeah, I'm looking at the Mars Aqua et al now. Just a little concerned about the disco effect in such a shallow tank, and light spill. Hard to beat that price though!
