Will this t5 light fixture work??

I want to put this behind my led lights to help some of my sps that are just below the surface. Will this work with a HO ATI bulb? |

I'm looking for a simple fixture with a reflector to put one 48-60 inch HO bulb. I have the mire-4 dual t5 retro kit in the front of my leds but don't really have room for another two.

Are they easy to hangup? looks bulky. Would something like this really make a difference? I'd put it on the back right above some of my sps. I could probably make the miro-4 fit
