Outstanding service by Reef Breeders
6 months ago one of my Reef Breeder's Photon 32's started having a few LEDs quit working. I contacted Logan at RB about it and my lights were a few month out of warranty. He said I could send them the light for repair or get the parts and do it myself. It should also be noted that these lights were purchased used locally.
We then decided to move so everything else fell off the radar. Fast forward to last month and I noticed even more started going bad. Last week I contacted him again and he said it was an LED board. He offered to send me a new one for the price of shipping. I expected a little control board or maybe a row or two of LEDs. Nope. Yesterday I received an entire new LED board. I haven't installed it yet but this is customer service above and beyond what I would call acceptable. It's out-freaking-standing CS. It's nice to know there are still companies out there that provide it. Way to go Logan and RB and thanks again! |

His CS is indeed awesome. Replays to emails quickly and resolves issues efficiently.

Congrats, it is hard to find companies like that anymore. Tunze is another one that goes above and beyond, they are still willing to help even if a pump is 10 years out of warrenty.
