Can I introduce Tisbe pods if I already have Tiger pods?

Background:
70 gal tank, 20 gallon proflex model 3 sump, SCA 302 skimmer, 1 & 1/2 to 2in sand bed, 75 lbs LR.
One Percula clown
One firefish
One Royal Gramma
One tail spot blenny
One clown goby
One Rainford goby
Small 2" hammer coral frag.

Question:
Recently introduced a bottle of Tiger pods. All disappeared, about 1 and a half weeks later, huge explosion of population. They are everywhere, glass, rocks, sand, jumping into the water column. The clown, basslet, and firefish definitely pick at them in between feedings, but it is pretty passive, nowhere near the population growth, and I am quite pleased. Think that i'll be ok to do a mandarin pretty soon here. I want to introduce Tisbe pods, for diversity, for detritus consumption, and because maybe I should have done them instead of Tiger in the first place. Will Tiger and Tisbe co exist? Do they compete? Tiger is more herbivore, an algae eater right? Tisbe more of a omnivore? But Tiger pods are huge in comparison, will they fight/eat the Tisbe? Thanks in advance!!

My second concern is, the tank is pretty new, 2 months and a half, and i'm having a mild algae bloom in the form of a "dust algae" (I have come to call it that, technical I know) that clouds the glass and makes the water hazy, during the day only. This algae bloom is declining, I am expecting it to pass on its own, and think the Tiger pods may die back when the algae is gone. Would it be more appropriate to introduce Tisbe pods after the Tiger chill out or does it matter?

those will mostly die off the population explodes and then drops to what is sustainable in your tank.

you can mix tisbe and tiger pods

population explosions are pretty normal and will likely return to a level where your still searching for specs on the glass with few in sight. i do not think your ready for a mandarin for atleast 4 months imho

hotelbravo, thanks for the info. I have no experience with pods, good to know that I will see some fluctuations in they're population. I def wasn't planning on a mandarin until I've seen this population sustained for some weeks or a couple months, so no worries, I wont be jumping the gun here. So mixing them shouldn't be a problem than thats good to hear, will I be able to tell them apart when they are in the tank, or will they all look the same to me? Do you know anybody, or have you personally mixed the two and watched them thrive side by side?

Many species of copepods can exist successfully side by side, although they often compete for the same resources. Tisbe & most other benthic (surface dwelling) pods are very small & translucent - it's hard to pick out individuals unless they're on the glass
