Ecosmart Live Aquarium Setup not working

I can't get EcoSmart Live to work for my Radion. I had it programmed at one point and wanted to change things up but now it won't work. I can't click on "Aquarium Setup" for some reason. Most of the site seems to be working. I'm running windows 10 with Chrome and I just updated Java to the latest. Doing all this via USB on a 30w Gen 2. Not sure what else to do other than smash this high tech garbage and pull out my T-5s.

I've reset the profile, done a factory reset, unplugged the light, updated the firmware, reset the computer, and drank several beers. No luck.

The good folks at EcoTech helped me out a bit. They were able to set a new profile and get my lights on schedule remotely. However, I still am only in offline mode for my own computer. Any ideas what's blocking? I just have AVG and I disabled it. Windows 10 and Java is up to date. Running Chrome. It was in offline mode and they were able to control my lights but I didn't have access!

I have no real idea, but if your firewall or other protection has an option to create exceptions for certain programs, you might check and be sure the program is listed as a friendly.

I think that's the right general idea, but it's not a program, its a webpage interface. I know enough to have a conversation about computers, but I'm no wiz. The old system just had software which I prefer. The notion that I was inconvenienced to download software to a new computer rather than using a web format that is actually causing problems is a bit silly. I wish they at least still offered the software option.
