Fish Addition

I was thinking of adding a trio of Anthias but after reading and reading I don't think it's the right setup or right number for me.

Anyone have experience keeping just one in a tank? How do they do singly?

My lfs just got in some squampinnis. Liveaquaria says 125g. I have an 80g with a 120 footprint - 48 x24 but a frag height. I am currently lightly stocked.

Anyone with experience or opinions?

Thanks - Steve

They do tend to do better in multiples. As to being appropriate for your tank I will leave that advice to others as I have never tried to keep them in a tank under 120 gallons, but I would tend to think that your tank is too small.

+1^^^. I think they do better in groups and do better in a 6ft or better tank.
