Afraid my snowflake is dead in my tank.

Ive only had him for about 2 weeks. he has been eating like a pig but for the past 5 days I haven't seen a single trace of him. I have a secure lid and even if he could have escaped I live in a studio so ive checked anywhere he could have been and hes nowhere. not in the overflow or even in my skimmer I've checked everything. tried to feed and haven't seen him at all. Im wondering when it should be time for me to take rock out and find him. I don't want my tank cycling because of a whole dead eel.

perimeters are perfect. Had my LFS test because I don't really like doing it, have all of the tests its just easier for me to go and have them do it while I browse.

ive got a bit of rock in there and it will be a huge pain to move it. Like I said im wondering when I should do it in order to

Try using a flash light to find him behind or under a rock or something.

I'm dumb, hes been hiding in a new hole. Of course I find him after 4 days of looking right after I post on here

I have the same problem! I always find what I'm looking for in the last place I look! I swear, next time I'm looking for something, I'm gonna start at the end and work back!
Glad you found him and he wasn't carpet surfing! Nothing like walking up to your tank in a darken room and getting that squishy feeling between your toes!
