Question IceCap 660 VHO Ballast Question

Okay my question is, with the IceCap 660 VHO Ballast can it turn on only two T5's individually?
or

you can wire it for 2 only or 3 only or all 4. but wiring it for 4 means all 4 will come on.

OK thanks ill have to go a different route.

4xt5's 2 on front of 3 hydra 26's and 2 on back.

I'd just balance the hydra 26's in the centre but that's just me. I'd hate to put them too far to the back and have them throw shadows forward. Depends on your rockwork I guess. You could just use two Icecap 430's if you wanted to be able to turn on two banks separately.
