Return pump and lighting advice

I am looking for an advice for return pump and lighting.

I have been in the freshwater side of the hobby for 10 plus years, 30G and 55G gallons mainly keeping cichlids. Just recently I fell in love with saltwater tanks and I have been researching and reading for the past month or so. My setup is going to be an extra high 150 gallon tank, 48X24X30. I plan to drill two 1” overflow and 1” return bulkheads. 75Gallon sump in the basement. Considering noise is not an issue what are you preference for a good quality in sump or out of sump pump. Also with such a high aquarium what would you advice for lighting options?

Thanks
