rebuilding my crashed tank, stocking suggestions?
I don't want to say the whole story on why my tank crashed and I'm still pretty sad about it. If you want to know what happen you can read this thread:
http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh....php?t=2556413 Now my name parents and I settled everything. Thy must've felt bad about what happened and hey must've felt guilty of seeing me sulking and crying all day. They allowed me to redo my tank which is actually a 15 gallon tank :0 not a 10 gal We've agreed that the tank will be placed in a semioutdoor area. Its a fairly nice spot and it doesnt receive direct sunlight even in the afternoon. My small planted nano was in there as well and its still going without issues. So now I'm going to plan on stocking my tank. These are my choices.. BTW my dad likes the firefish so much so I need to add that so he will somehow find my tank interesting. A) 1 firefish 1 false perc 1 pistol and goby pair 5 snails and 1 Halloween hermit B) 1 firefish 1 pajama cardinal 1 pistol and goby pair Same cuc C) 1 firefish 1 mower blenny (once it grows so big I can give it to my friend who has a larger tank) 1 coral banded shrimp Same cuc D) 1 firefish 1 royal gramma 1 Pistol and shrimp pair Same cuc E) 1 firefish 4 random gobies (clown, hi fin, yasha or other smaller types) Same cuc My mom felt guilty about what happened and she allowed me to continue reefing if that's what's gonna make me happy. So as of now I'm still recovering since my prized chalice and octospawn or some of my biggest losses. And thanks for the support RC ^u^ I'll be posting this tank as soon as everything is settled.

Glad to hear you got everything worked out and they realized how much it meant to you.
I like the difference in appearances in the fish in B. I have a Royal Gramma that has some character but if you go that route with the others you have all more thin, longish fish. The cardinal in there would give you a change in shape. I am sure you will get things back together, and now that you have done it once I am sure it will be even better this time. |

Don't do the lawnmower blenny in that tank. Ever consider a tailspot blenny? Adorable little guys and full of personality.
