is this enough for power outage?

So I'm just a college student and I can only afford a battery operated air pump and some seachem just in case a power outage may occur.

Is it enough? Most outages will last for not more than 3 days especially during times that there are typhoons. I have a battery operated pump that can last for 2 days plus I have lots of batteries and seachem just in case. I also store premix water regularly just in case, perhaps a 50% water change before and after the outage can help.

Can anyone give tips during these times.
Thanks in advance
