Help needed to setup lighting schedule for LED unit

Hey guys

I've just bought a new LED unit. Its a E.Shine AquaSun 36x3w unit. And I'm having a bit of trouble trying to dial in a light schedule for it. The tank is a standard 40g breeder and its got LPS (Acans, Hammers, favias etc) and softies (Toadstool and bubbletip nems) in it. I had 6 39w T5 HO's on it before. So I'm looking for some help with what percentage to start with, how long to ramp the light up for, how long to have them running for, what percentage of blues to whites. Stuff like that as I've never had LED's before. Any help is greatly appreciated .
