Odd fish behavior between clown and firefish

Ever since I switched my stock CF Quad bulbs out for a DIY LED kit in my NC28, my clown and firefish have been passive aggressive towards each other. I had the firefish for maybe two or three weeks under the previous lighting and the clwon has been in there for about three years now. They were getting along fine, no nipping, chasing, avoidance. They would hang out around the middle of the tank above my zoo colonies. Ever since I upgraded the lights it seemed as if the firefish was hiding inside the rock. I didn't get to observe the tank much back then but I assumed he just needed to adjust. On about the third day under the lights, the clown was out and about while the firefish was still hiding. At about 2:30-3:00 in the afternoon, they seemed to trade. The clown hid in the corner around his hosting nozzle, and the firefish came out into the middle of the tank. This has been happening the past few days and it's almost as if they are taking shifts as top-dog. I would have assumed they just didn't get along if not for the fact that they were totally compatible before the lights changed. I'll attach a pic of them with the fishes circled. Does anybody know if this will fix itself, if I should do anything to help them get along? Is this normal behaviour between these fish in a tank this size? If you need anymore information, I'd happily provide it.

It's an ocellaris clown and she is about two inches long. Tank is 28 gallons.

Firefish don't bully anyone. Is that a tang I see? That tank is about 75 gallons too small for a tang.
