KH spike in a nano

Guys, last week when doing water change of about 5g on my 10g nano my corals looked upset for about a day.

Just made some water about an hour ago and tested kh of tank and new water with API. Tank - 7, new water is 9-10. I only made about two gallons, will this cause a big enough spike to irritate the corals. Do I need to start dosing two part?

Current stock

Blastomussa
Sinularia
Nepthea
Acan
Lobophyllia
Zoanthid
Candy cane
Xenia
Duncan
