Why is my torch coral dying?

About a month ago I moved everything from my 75G reef to a new 220G, including this torch. It was doing well in the 75 and seemed to be doing will in the 220, but within the past few days it hasn't been expanding and this morning I noticed that part of it's skeleton is exposed.

The only potential issue I could see would be this bubble coral stinging it, but it's a good 8 or 9 inches away from the bubble. Also, the bubble was added about 3 weeks ago and it had been doing fine until a few days ago.

Water parameters are as follows:
Salinity: 35ppt
Alk: 9.9 dKH (Salifert)
Cal: 480ppm (Salifert)
Mag: 1425ppm (Salifert)
Phosphate and Nitrate are both undetectable by my API test kit. The nitrate in the 75 was closer to 30 or 40ppm, so that is one change between the two tanks.

Still getting a handle on the the balance of the big 3, but those are all much higher than my tank runs. that dKH seems very very high.

Yeah, it's s bit higher than I would prefer. I was trying to keep it closer to 9, but I switched supplement brands and it wound up getting a bit higher than I wanted. 9.9 should still be in the safe range, so I'm letting it slowly come back down.

My torch didn't like to clean of a tank. I feed more and the colors came back. I also added an ATS to keep the nutrients in check.
