1 Tank Into Another

Hey guys
So my mate is shitting his tank down, and I'm taking his stuff.
Live rock, corals, fish and so on.
His tank is in great condition with. I issues at all.
I was wondering as my tank is also established, would it be ok to put his stuff starting into my tank?
He had a 130 litre tank and mine is 350 litres.
I will be adding to my tank about 10-15kg of live rock.

How will this go do you think?
I really have no options to be honest.

If everything is established and the transfers are done properly there is no reason you can't combine them, assuming you are not going over your tanks bioload.

Do a quick spell check on your post. You have no no word up there.
