I have a 05 lancer evolution that I want to dress up, but I rather buy goodies for my tanks, my friends think I'm nuts.

...I was sitting in a meeting for 3 hours and all I got out of it was a new soldering plan for my LEDs for the algae scrubber.

I kind of get excited when there's an issue with the tank because I truly enjoy the problem solving/detective work aspect of this hobby. It's so satisfying when you solve the issue. When nothing is wrong, I find myself searching for things to fix.

When you work all day and when you get home you go straight to your fish tank to feed the fish and check equipment before hugging your wife and kids.

When you open the refrigerator and freezer and the fish have more food selection than you do.

When you build up a $144 lfs credit from trimming the frogspawn, collecting the mushrooms and plucking some Kenya trees.
Well, after yesterday's visit to that store the balance is back to $0. |

The obsessions comments are great and funny. Bad part is I have had similar experiences with almost all of them.
