Ph and my QT?

Went and tested my QT this morning. It's been up and running since Feb. An now quarantining some green Chromis in there after finally moving Clowns to DT.
PH is a bit low, 7.4, maybe lower. Nothing in tank but PVC and Chrome of course. Should there be concern?

just make sure there is enough aeration in tank, should raise your ph.

I would be concerned about aeration more then the ph reading. How many Chromis in what size of QT are you talking about ?

3 little guys, not even an inch

20 gallon long

still moving around and swim together, everybody is eating, and nobody is struggling.

That sounds doable. I'm sure they will do fine.
