Need help with Blue Sympodium

I have a 55gal reef tank and recently purchased some Blue Sympodium coral on CL from someone moving and breaking down their tank. It was delivered affixed to a large piece of LR. Because I did not want to introduce the LR into my system, I removed each cluster with a scalpel and affixed to my own LR using CA glue.

After a couple of days, some of the clusters began to break off at the base. I glued them again and they continue to break off. I am not sure if my fish (Fire Angel, Clown, Dragon Goby) or the cleanup crew (cleaner shrimp, hermit crabs, emerald crab, or turbo snails) are knocking these off or if I am simply affixing them with the incorrect glue. The coral do look fairly good when they stay attached.I have not observed any fish, inverts, or snails near the coral.

Water tested 4 days ago:
pH: 8.3
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5
Calcium: 425
Temp: 77.5

Any ideas?
