Need a experts opinion on a stand

Ok so I have a 93 marineland cube. 30x30 and we built a stand 3 years ago that is bigger than the tank. I'm planning a new stand build but I got nervous after reading some posts and I may need to build a new one sooner than later. I feel like my tank is being supported by screws rather than the vertical beams. The "solid" boards are the top of the frame, supported by vertical 2x4s underneath. However, the " empty" lines are the horizontal boards my tank rests on. These tack straight into the "solid" boards my tank is the dotted line.
