New to hobby, setting up 92g Corner

Morning, I have had a tank before but it was many years ago. I live in the tampa area. I purchased an old oceanic 92g corner tank. The lighting it came with was VHO t12's, thinking about changing to the Kessil A360W, just not sure if 1 is enough. Any insight let me know.

Here is what I have purchased so far.
APEX CONTROLLER SYSTEM, Latest
SENEYE REEF MONITOR
UP34 SUMPRO SUMP - SKIMZ
SKIMZ KONE SK201 INTERNAL PROTEIN SKIMMER
OSMOLATOR UNIVERSAL 3155 AUTO TOP OFF - TUNZE
2X 20 LB. SPECIAL GRADE ARAG-ALIVE! REEF SAND
BRS BULK KALKWASSER STARTER PACKAGE
BRS BULK PREMIUM ROX 0.8 CARBON

Thinking about running 1" PVC for everything. Advice?

Should have this stuff by the end of the week. He also gave me 2 27g bins full of his rock. I was thinking of filling the bins with fresh water and a few cap fulls of bleach. Then fresh water dipping them and drying them out in the sun before I use his rock. My plan for the tank is an SPS dominate tank with fish. Would also like to add LPS later to do a mix tank. Once I have the tank setup I will drop in some pictures. I need to redo the stand, its really heavy duty but was neglected for a while. The stand looks like a tsunami.

Looking forward to sharing this with you guys!

How is the build coming along? Do you like the Skimz sum pro sump?
