Macro Algae

Can I have macro Algae in my sump with no light?

Will the Macro be useless? My tank light might wash over a bit but probably not enough

And get a cheap timer so you can run it the opposite of the DT lights. Helps a little with keeping pH stable day to night.

Thanks Ron! I have heard of this, Keeping an opposite light schedule for the tank would provide a photosynthesis period that would help your macro absorb nutrients.
