I need help designing Apex layout

I'm slowly picking up equipment for my reef tank build and I'm trying to plan for equipment placement around the room I'll have left with my sump.

I will have my rodi water in a holding tank up one floor higher than the tank in my conditioned mechanical room. I will have the ability to top off my sump from this room because I plan on placing four 1" pvc runs from the mechanical room to the exterior wall at the top of my sump. This will allow for water flow, tubing runs, and any electrical too.

For the sake of creating some space under my tank and allowing for a larger sump, is it possible to have my CO2 Reactor up in my mechanical room and still be controller from my Apex mounted in the tank stand? They would be approx 40 feet away from each other. This also means the Reactor would be 40 feet away from the sump.

Any help you can give to help me plan this out well in advanced is very much appreciated. Thanks.

You would have to put an EB unit near the CaRx and run a 40ft Aquabus cable back to the Apex and add a PM1 module for the Ph probe to the EB.
