Fishy Lighting? Wondering if its real?

Anyone know if these lights are any good let alone real? They to me look to be a too good to be true deal....cant contact seller(I fail at it at least), 0 reviews with hundreds purchased and super low price and when you look at the ones sold all offers were accepted. Plus it says its Odyssea brand which isn't a top brand but its still curious.

Probably not going to purchase but really wondering if anyone knows anything about this.
