I feed a piece of Nori 4" x 4" once per day. I cut it into 8, 1/2" by 1" pieces and split between 2 algae clips. It is usually gone in less than 5 minutes. The grazers eating it are a two Barred Rabbitfish, Kole, Carribean and Purple tang, Spot Breast Angel, Cherub Angel, and the Matted File Fish gets some too.

Should I be adding more so there is always some available?

I feed a mixture of NLS Marine Fish Formula pellets and NLS AlgaeMax Pellet from an auto feeder 2x per day and 6 grams of my special blend of frozen food once per day. My frozen consists of cod, mussels, shrimp, oysters, clams and squid. To this I add frozen Mysis and Plankton plus some kind of ova.

I mainly feed live black worms. The algae eaters get nori. Sometimes when available I feed live clams as well.

I usually do squares of nori on the clip 3-4 times a week that most of the fish graze on. Generally, I feed every other day a varying combo of different kinds of mysis, Reef nutrition ROE, reef caviar, NLS plellets. Sometimes reef nutrition oyster feast or roti feast for corals, etc.

black worms are an unusual choice, I bet copperbands would love them though

That's what got me started on using them. My copperband wouldn't eat anything else but those. Now it's the main thing I feed my fish. But now my copperband eats those, clams, and nori. He loves nori soaked in selcon. They all love black worms. They get them every day. I'm a believer of Paul B's method of feeding your fish live foods that are loaded with beneficial bacteria. It's the healthiest thing for your fish. It's beneficial to their guts, and their immune system, and key to getting your fish in spawning mode.
