Maybe lymphocystis, but more information is helpful, such as:

1. How long have you had the clown and did you quarantine it?
2. Have you added any new fish recently?
3. What are your water parameters?
4. Are there any other symptoms such as lethargy, poor eating or erratic swimming?

Ive had her for 5 months. I did not quarantine her because the 2 clowns were the first fish i had, i added a diamond goby about a month ago, he was quarantined for 3 weeks.
All the water checks out, nitrites 0, ammonia 0 and nitrates are between 5-10. She seems a little lethargic, she ate some that fell down and made it to her but she wasn't up near the top like usual

She just layed her first eggs about a week ago, could that have anything to do with it?
