Super glue on acrylic

I smeared some superglue on the front of my tank. Any ideas on getting it off?
Thanks

If it's glass, they make a product that reverses super glue. If it's on acrylic you need to wet sand with 1000 grit, the. 2000 grit, the. Novus 1,2,3

I have done the same. Wet sanding is the only way.

I had that happen to me on a customers tank.
I used toothpaste, but it was a fresh smear.
Takes elbow grease.

It's an acrylic tank. I was thinking that wet sanding would be the answer...

Try the toothpaste, nothing to loose.

You can buff it off with the same sandpaper used to get out scratches on acrylic. Worked for me but takes elbow grease.
