There is no best light overall.

It completely depends on your situation. What is your budget? Do you want MH, t5, leds or some hybrid? Do you want legs, or hangers, or a solid over the tank mount? Do you want sunrise/sunset control? Is heat over your tank an issue? Do you mind a bit of colored edges on shadows (disco effect)?

I just set up a 125g (5'x2'x20") tank and bought a new ReefBreeders Photon V2 50" led fixture. It's probably the most cost effective led system with full spectrum control and is quite versatile (it has adjustable legs or multiple hangers).

thanks for your answer
I want LED, all configurations are possible to put the light on my tank.
I prefer sunrise and sunset control but disco effect are not for me.
My budget is around 2000€ (2230$)
