What coral should I buy!!

I have a 12g nano and I have a large bare spot on a rock. It's at the top of the tank directly under the light. What coral should go here? I was thinking something that encrusts but I'm not sure.

What lighting do you have?

Do you have any further detail on tastes or existing corals / fish you would have?

Check out the different types of euphyllias. Pretty cool stuff.
