Split wire loom- safe to submerge in sump?
I have some split wire conduit that Id like to use in the sump. I know a larger portion of plastics are safe as opposed to not safe but I cant find any info at all on the particular brand/item I have. I know most loom is made of low-density polyethylene which is completely safe and inert. But the "fire retardant" verbiage has me concerned. Anyone want to weigh in?

You should be able to get the MSDS from the manufacturer, they have to have it available by law. I agree the fire retardant verbiage is a concern.
