AI Prime HD+ for 50G cube

Purchased my latest setup a few weeks ago. It's a 50g SCA cube with everything except a heater and a light setup. I planned on using my AI Prime HD+ from my 10g nano but have gotten mixed reviews in regards to its ability to provide enough for coral growth. I called the manufacturer and he said for the 50g it would be perfect. Any thoughts on this?

You would probably be better off with two IMO. The intensity would be ok, but you need greater coverage of light. There would be quite a few shadows with just one over the tank.

You can definitely get away with one, but will be a lot happier with the coverage of two
